CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within two business days from the inspection date. When an inspection is scheduled, we reserve that time for the exclusive use of the Client. Inspections that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding Sundays, i.e., inspections scheduled for Monday need to be cancelled prior to Saturday at 2:00PM) will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of total inspection cost or $100 whichever is greater. This policy will be strictly enforced. It is the Client’s responsibilities to ensure that the property has all utilities are turned on before scheduling an inspection.
